		<description>I agree Sohne.  It seems to me that some folks hope that throwing technology at students and teachers is going to be the panacea for education. 

A beautiful piece of communicative technology can be hideously abused and actually make teaching worse (hmmm...can we think of presentation software that has done that?).  Kids are smart.  They know if people are hiding behind a glitzy tool without really knowing what they want their students to learn and how they - effectively - intend to get them there.

This actually makes me happy for our expert teachers.  As long as they&#039;re willing to keep learning and trying new things to help their students learn, they&#039;ll be fine.
