Break the walls of tradition and enroll your child in Colorado Cyber's statewide Colorado elementary online school. Colorado Cyber blends an online environment with traditional classes from Douglas County elementary schools, offering you the chance to oversee your child’s academics personally while still introducing them to traditional learning programs. Our elementary online school is designed for children to spend most of their time with hands-on activities and explorations and the remaining time online with instructors. Our elementary program offers Little Lincoln, Lincoln Interactive's elementary curriculum, an interactive and engaging standards-based curriculum that combines rich multimedia with comprehensive offline activities.
Parents of Colorado Cyber students are academic partners, helping to guide and support their children. With teacher support, parents guide the lesson and unit learning objectives to reference what a student needs to learn. Teachers deliver direct instruction through a virtual classroom environment. Class sizes are similar to brick-and-mortar classrooms, averaging 26 children to 1 teacher. As students become more independent, they take greater ownership for their learning as they progress through the grade levels.
