High School ACT

The ACT test is taken by high school students to assess their general educational development and their ability to complete college-level work. The test is multiple choice and covers:

  • English
  • Mathematics
  • Reading
  • Science

The test also includes an optional writing test to assess skills in planning and writing a short essay. Colorado Cyber offers this test. Eleventh graders receive a voucher and are required by the state of Colorado to take the ACT.
